Well I haven't gained in the past 3 weeks I am so excited, now I have to hit my 180 by Valentine's Day that is 3.2 pounds in less then 2 weeks. I think I may be able to do I hope I can so I can kiss the 180s goodbye! Wish me luck!

I hit my mark I pass the 185 mark now I am pushing for 180...I have to keep these little goals in front of me it is working...I HAVE GOT TO GET MY BUTT BACK IN THE GYM!!!!

Weigh-in: 184.6 lb

lost so far: 10.2 lb

still to go: 34.6 lb

Diet followed 100%

Ok tomorrow is weigh in day and I still have 19 flex points left. I have done awesome and I think I can see it a bit. I am pushin toward 185 and I can't wait to reach that goal so I can make way for the next one. I am hoping for great results tomorrow...I just have to keep up the good work and I need to get back into the gym. That is also a goal for this week.
