End of the month approaches quickly. Harvest smells are in the air. It has been easier to choose salad over heavy meals. But I still crave sugar in the mornings. The shakes help, and my son is my biggest fan. Since we share it gives me the motivation I need to get it made sooner then later. Halloween is upon us, so I am frantically searching for healthier substitutes for up and coming tricks and treats. Let the Will power begin, it's time to get down to business and apply some serious self discipline. And check in again soon! The time to reflect is good for you!

Went into the gym today to find out, my new gym trainer is no longer working for the gym! Bah my new life is over before it began.

Today was my second step towards success. I followed through with an appointment to work out at a new fitness club I had checked out on Friday with my mom, called 'blossom' the passes we can use, my mom won in a charity golf tournament, and are good for one full free month! I literally can't wait to start it. But I'm getting the impression I'm not allowed to start until I have come at least three times for free... Really? Too good to be true.
The trainer who had introduced us to the facility, and its equipment, is amazing. She's a former body builder, who started from the bottom, in an interest to just feel and look better for herself and her daughter. She has a passion to make fitness training affordable, and available to everyone. With a wide range of past experience, she's been involved in Aqua fitness, gymnastics and dance! - She's just the motivation I think I need to be pushed to be the best me I can be. I really couldn't be more excited that she has become a huge new part of my life.
Not only did I work out for two hours today, but I was Lucky enough to have her personally tailor and coordinate my exercises just for me. I felt so empowered. The nervousness I usually feel going to public gyms was totally eliminated by her gentle and clear direction. I can't wait to go back.
I Immediately came home and, after eating lean and green, I searched out the most appropriate app to record my achievements, and continue on with what feels like such fantastic forward momentum. And here I am. Fat secret.com, I hope your ready to come on this ride with me, because I'm ready.
Im ready to be the best I can be starting today.
