To celebrate my 2 weeks of no cigarettes, to guys at work decided to take me out for sushi for lunch. Little did I know, my favorite roll is a butt load (literally) of calories, and Miso high in sodium. uuugh! Now I'm going to have to work extra hard to work it all off. I'm happy though, and no sodas again today.

Went to 24 Hour Fitness today for about 45 minutes on the treadmill. Not much more than that. (first day at the new gym)
I have an appointment with a trainer on Monday at 5pm to figure out exactly what I need to do to get to where I want to be.
