I've finally gotten to the point where my stomach has shrank and I'm no longer hungry all the time...took long enough. I'm terrified that come the weekend, like all other weekends lately, I will forget all about this and end up just ruining all my work. But I'm maintaining my calorie intake pretty steadily for the first time this week and hopefully it means I'm set to actually start losing. I know the few times I have done this successfully, it takes me a while to get started and then I'm golden. We'll see though... all I hope to see is some progress.

Well, the bad news is the house purchase is stressing me out no end. The good news is I'm one of those people who immediately loses their appetite when stressed. So, I say it's a win! haha :-)

I'm trying to be conscientious right now. I am slightly hungry, but I don't need to eat lunch right now. I need to remember I really don't have much to do, which is the only reason I am thinking about lunch right now anyway. I want to make sure I don't go too far over my calories today. I know this whole weekend is going to be really hard.

Knew I gained, but I tend to notice my body will go down drastically and then take some time to balance out. The only time that doesn't happen is when I'm being crazy. I'm really trying not to do that though. I have no reason. My goal here is overall health. All I can tell myself is that it takes time. Not to get frustrated... it took a solid 2 years for me to put this weight on, it won't come off overnight.
