So I decided, I am starting a new diet tomorrow. My weight keeps bouncing up and down and I can't seem to keep it down. I am doing the Master Cleanse. Prepped everything today, tasted it and it did not taste bad. So I am prepared.
Will weigh in daily and express my thoughts. Only for ten days.

I have been eating, not paying too much attention what I actually shove in my mouth. I have more control during the day but at night time. Hubby and I don't feel like cooking therefore its always take out. I will get back on track, taking it slow for now. I still have 8 more months to go to accomplish my goal that could be accomplished in 2 months. I want to hire someone to cook my dinners and I think I found a personal trainer to help me with the right exercises. Just have not contacted the personal trainer yet.

I jumped up to 220 again but now I am back time. Takes time which my clock is ticking.
