restarting this thing.. I have a couple things to keep me motivated. 1) I am working with a new band and we are getting ready for our first show at the end of the summer, and 2) I booked a cruise for next year and I want to be in decent shape for then. So I have a short term and a log term goal to get at it!

Good drop in weight this week. I am really happy with this progress. Also down about 1% in body fat too. I wish FS would also let you track body measurements along with weight.
