I've had slight weight gain recently. I was down all the way to 139-142. I've just not been able to get to the gym, lacked motivation, dealing with kids. All the normal excuses. No more feeling bad for myself. I must get back onto my routine of health.
I love myself. I love my body.

Quitting meat was so simple. I miss it every now and than. However, quitting soda is just painful. I will not go back. I will not go back. I will not go back. I'm not proud of it, but I failed my mission not to drink soda at all. I'm not going to blame anyone but myself, but it doesn't help that I have no support at home. My boyfriend just says " it won't kill you, it's just ONE soda." I tell him, it will kill me, emotionally. I feel like I failed. I will not go back. I will not go back. I will not go back. Ungh.

Two weeks ago I decided I had it with the way I was living. I cut meat from my diet, along with soda and unhealthy eating proportions.
I'm simply changing the way I live. I'm learning to love who I am and treat myself accordingly.
I'm eating healthy. No sodas, fast food, candy, high fructose corn syrup, and junk in general
I'm exercising every single day. Whether that be running around with my kids, playing DDR in the house, hitting the gym or going to the park for a run.
Exercising should be fun. It should be hard, but enjoyable.
This is not a diet. This is a life style change. I do not plan on going back to the way I used to eat or live.
- Happy living!
