Bummed! Scale has one up...I know everyone says your TOM does have to do with it. But sheesh. Turning my workout into overtime. Trying to get in abit more cardio, and get some sweat going. Hope everyone is having a great day!

I think I did great today. I had a moment of weakness though. Grandma's homemade yeast rolls hot and buttery right out of the oven. I took a bite, chewed and then spit it out. I got so disgusted with myself. I was abit surprised i didn't just go ahead and say "oh well" and gorge on all the bread and starchy veggies. I really didn't miss them though. Hope everyone had a great easter!

A pound is missing this morning! I know it could be water weight just settling, but its weight that is no longer on my body! I also got some ketone testing strips and I am in a dark purple phase, which means im a fat burning machine! I was exhausted yesterday after work, so i did cheat and I didn't get in my excercise. I do work in a physically demanding job though, Im a cosmetologist. That requires being on your feet, walking back and forth, using your arms alot...I think its demanding at least!
