Hello 280's!!!

Such an amazing feeling when I stepped on the scale this morning, like all my hard work and motivation is really paying off.

I have been feeling just awesome lately in every aspect of my life; to be honest it's kind of a weird feeling. I mean don't get me wrong I think I have always been a happy, positive person but lately I feel like I'm just glowing from the inside out (if that makes any scene at all lol). I find I am just bubbly and I want to share it with everyone around me lol.

I am also finding myself moving my body more than I ever have before. I actually look forward to working out and find that I now get very bored just sitting around watching TV (like my Husband does everyday), I always find something more active to do (which I think is the way it is suppose to be). The more I move during the day the better I sleep at night and the better I sleep at night means I have even more energy during the day to move! It's a win, win situation!

Great way to start off a Monday!!

Monday is usually my "heaviest weight day" but not this week! This week it's another new low and my weight loss bar turned a different color too! It's going to be another great week!

Just wanted to say thank you to Kingkeld for recommending Paul McKenna, I have been reading his book since last week and I feel different around and about food. It's a great feeling! His theories really make sense and hit home. So thank you Kingkeld!

One of my friends gave me a whole bunch of Nutrisystem food to try. I don't think I would ever pay to order the pre packaged food but I figured I would give it a try since it was free. I’m not really following the actual diet, just kind of fitting it into my life style. I don't think my body needs a new diet right now; I think I'm doing just fine! But I'll try some of their food just to try it out and help her get rid of it lol.

Gym tonight and I'm really excited about it. I started doing a new routine for my weight training and I really enjoy it.
