I am an accountant from Gauteng South Africa.
Lost 11 kg last year with banting.

Had emergency gallbladder operation late last year and since my recovery I battle to get my head into eating real foods again.
I need to learn to take care of my body....so easy to grab processed foods like simba chips as a "treat" after long day at the office. This lifestyle is going to kill me soon.

With very limited carbs, I feel better - my mind is sharp and not so clouded.
This year I am planning, planning - have biltong and cheese to snack on.

Meal Replacement Shakes
Anybody out there ever lost weight AND kept it off with meal replacement shakes?
I want to try and use 2 Herbalife shakes for breakfast and lunch and only eat supper with family.
