Its always easier to reduce the initial weight. The body is heavy and burns more calories per action/workout. As the body get slimmer, the calories burnt in every workout reduce 'coz the body doesn't give that much resistance now,as compared to earlier.

Doing a bit of yoga with resistance training , not only gives flexibility to the muscles, but also increases the oxygen capacity in your lungs... which in turn means... the stamina increases.

The ppl who think yoga is for girls and old ppl, who can't handle resistance exercises, think again.... It's an indispensible , if you want to keep your YOUTH and YOUNG LOOKS even in times of your great grandchildren..

It slows down your aging clock.... you will notice this if you do "pranayam" (a breathing exercise in yoga) for 15 minutes per day , for three months.
