I'm still hanging in there. I will do my best to lose those six pounds in two weeks. I need to be out of the 200... I need it. Help me lord and give the power and will to accomplish this goal.Amen.

I had a beautiful weekend!!! Not a good one for my diet. I ate french fries, McChicken and fried chicken and soda. All the bad things for my overweight body that keeps retaining fat. I need more will power, I'm getting tired of eating all the tilapia, yogurt and all the healthy stuff. I need to reinvent my diet so I don't get bored.

Hello,
Today is Friday and and don't feel so well. I haven't lost any weight since last saturday and I'been following my diet very well. I think my body is doing the same thing every two weeks. On the first two weeks of the month is not losing anything and the next two weeks is losing some. I don't like this one bit. I want to lose weitght the whole month if I'm eating right and excercising it's not fair not to lose when you are doing your best.

I lost 6 pounds on Saturday, Honestly I was expecting 9 pounds. Oh well, 6 pounds are six pounds. I'm doing pretty well considering that last week I couldn't excersice not even one day. First of all, my daughter was sick with fever, had to take her to the doctor, I was very preoccupied for my baby. Also, out of nowhere on Thursday(4/4/13)I had a terrible upper back pain, only on one side of my back. I couldn't go to work on Friday. Everything is good now, I'm back to work and ready to start working out again. Thank you God for all the good things that I have in my life.
