Felt like crapola all week - just KNEW I wasn't losing this week - bad weather + bad attitude... but I only had one night of cheating...AND only had two fig newtons!!! So, while I wasn't 100%...it was darn close!!

So, I am thinking I did not eat enough (!!) yesterday. Woke up fine this am - went to town with my Mom, and about a half an hour in, suddenly I have... shall we be politically correct...I will say "digestive issues"!! Sooooooo, we turn around and come home and I feel like total crapola (sorry about the pun) so I figure, well - am bad already, so I made a couple of fried eggs thinking they will help to clean me out...and I feel better instead. I wasn't trying to not eat yesterday, just wasn't all that hungry for most of the day. I am going to eat more today, hungry or not, and see if that helps. Talk about weird!! Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Getting harder to stay on track...winter weather makes me want all that I shouldn't have...but I am trying so very hard and every little success makes it a little easier!!

OMG! Sooo happy! Am down 9 1/2 pounds just in a week and a half!! I know most of it is from giving up the snacking all night - but WOW my mood is lifting every day!! Just what I needed during this nasty weather!!!
