I am having such a hard time eating all this food. I'm not used to eating 6 times a day but I do it. OMG I know i'm not supposed to eat these until phase two but I just tasted one of the atkins caramel double chocolate crunch bars and OMG!!!! I thought I was eating a candy bar. I only ate half of it and will eat the rest tomorrow. If you haven't tried it, you have to. My son donovan is doing great as well. I can't wait to see what he looks like once he looses all his weight.

Today is my second day on atkins. I am finding it quite easy to follow the diet. I do need to find more recipes, EASY ONES THAT IS!!! I have been craving a cigarette lately. I quit about 4 months ago. Maybe its because I know I can't have the foods I want so I'm trying to replace my wants with something I know I can't have which is a cigarette. I WILL STAY STRONG!!!

We as in Donovan and I will be starting our diet on Monday the 4th of April. OHHHHH I'm sooooo excited. God Please don't let go of my hand. I need you to help me along the way.
