IM STILL STAYING STRONG AWAY FROM CARBS. I HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF CORN TORTILLA OR 9 GRAIN WHOLE WHEAT IF I NEED SOME GRAINS, BUT I FEEL LIKE I AM GETTING CLOSE TO A WEIGHT PLATEAU, I MAY NEED MORE WATER, AND I AM WORKING WITH A TRAINER, SO I NEED TO FOLLOW THE SESSIONS WITH A PROTEIN SHAKE AFTER WORKOUTS!

CONTINUING TO AVOID CARBS AND WORKING ON WEEK 2 WITH TRAINERS AT FITNESS EVOLUTION. DOING WELL AND FEELING NEW MUSCLES, IT DOES HURT BUT I LIKE THE PAIN.

TRYING TO STAY AWAY FROM CARBS. ATE SOME SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH CHEESE FOR BREAKFAST, A HARD BOILED EGG, SALAMI, AND 2 SLICES OF AMERICAN CHEESE AT LUNCH, COFFEE, AND FOR DINNER SOME CHORIZO, BEANS, AND EGGS WITH A HOMEMADE CORN TORTILLA. I HAVE BEEN DRINKING LOTS OF WATER BUT I SEEM VERY THIRSTY. ALSO THE DIZZY FEELING THAT COMES FROM NO CARBS IS STRONG.

I'M STARTING THIS DIET TODAY. I MET WITH A RECRUITER, AND THE BODY FAT INDEX WAS VERY HIGH AND IT MADE ME REALIZE I HAVE A LOT OF INCHES TO LOSE- NOT JUST LBS. I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO THE COMMITMENT OF ADDING IN EXERCISE.
