I'm trying to figure out my hurdle. My desire is intense, I dont have a problem with exercising yet I keep running into some inner wall that makes me not go the distance. Discipline? I feel very emotional when I dont do what I intend. I know this yet I dont mind letting myself down. What is that? The worst part about my life is my weight. I know that I dont want to associate weight loss with my desire for companionship. I want to 100% do this because this is IMPORTANT TO ME! It's my every wish...my every want. It's so big in me to be smaller. The most important thing in the world...outside my babies. I HAVE GO TO DO THIS! NO MORE DELAYS! NOW!!!
