Program is all over the map. Hoping to wrangle it in by introducing intermittent fasting. Has always worked in the past. It won’t help my ultimate choices, but will help limit my opportunities to chase squirrels!
My goal for the coming week is to be down a couple lbs.

Yes, it was quite an enjoyable weekend, which included a crab feed, with tri-tip and chicken ( salad, bread and pasta). Now to level out, and hopefully start losing again.
