Hello All...
Well at the end of this month is will be exactly 50 days that I have been attempting to try and start a healthy life style change...
I started out at 223 and I am now 199....I am happy with my progress...but it has been a struggle I will admit...I am not doing the exercise that I should be and reading all the stories of walking 2 and 4 miles a day has me motivated again....
Well it will be a long reaod ahead so i might as well start it by walking.....

Hey I think I figured it out........LOL......
Exercise.....even if it is only walking...6-8 glasses of water a day...cut out as many processed items from your diet as you can...cut back on the carbs.. and try to eliminate sugar...Splenda is a good replacement...don't eat after 7 at night...switch to herbal teas (no caffine) diet pop should be limited to 3 a week...great attitude helps immensley (picture yourself the way you want to be) make a list of pros and cons for your weight loss...I bet the list is empty for cons LOL...Find a diet buddy...find fibre rich sources to help with the carb count..And keep on smilin......

Okay....So Now I have challenged myself to stick to my diet plan for at least 35 days...I have an important date to be on and it would be amazing for me to be able to stick to it and have success.
I feel so much better about myself when I can stick to it and lose the pounds that have kept me hidden for so long......

WEll I think I have pulled myself out of my pot hole... I decided to go golfing....lots of walking and fresh air....and plenty of waterto drink...I love golf,,,so today was better for me... The craving just drive me insane some days,,,
