Time to get back on the horse. I have been so busy with yard work and cleaning up around the house I have not made time for my P90X and have let my diet slip a little bit.
It's time now to get back in the rhythm and see what I can do to get to 195.

Coming off of my rest week from P90X feeling a little sluggish. I miss the intensity of the work outs and looking forward to getting back into it.
I built our retaining wall this weekend and am feeling the soreness from that. It was a lot of hard work and mush and pulling so I still feel like I got a good workout in this week.

This week through p90x seems to be getting easier which is good. I am still sore but I was able to get through the hour last night without leg cramps and without feeling like my chest was going to explode.
I really need to lay off the pizza and wings on Fridays. The amount of fat and calories I am consuming from that is staggering. I don't want to teliminate it altogether but I just need to not eat so much of it.
I broke my promise this last weekend and had two beers with dinner on Saturday and one small glass of red wineon Sunday. I worked really hard around the house during the day each day and felt like I deserved it. I feel less guilty about the wine as it is good for my heart healt but I certainly did not need the beer.

Day 4 into P90X and my whole body is sore. I weighed myself this mornign and I clocked in at 220 which is very frustrating. I have been eating less than 50g of fat per day increased my protein and reduced my carbs yet my weigh in is higher.
