It is Monday and I made it to work. Went for a walk this morning with my walking buddy. Nice to have someone to help you stay motivated. I did a lot of cooking this weekend, ended up making banana nut bread and tamales. I know what your thinking, what the "h-e-double toothpicks". Well I like to cook sometimes,it relaxes me. Will share bread and tamales with friends and family. This weekend was a bust for me, but its okay, because today is a new beginning. Good luck to me and everyone else on this journey. Back to the calorie count.

I am proud of my self went shopping at the 99 cent store and market got the things I needed to make lunch and dinner for myself. I purchased skinless chicken breast that I grilled. That was placed inside a whole wheat flour tortilla with small amount of avocado, spinach,meley of bellpeppers and onion,tomato and a small amount of mayo. I made two but only ate one. My down fall is I didn't eat both. I tend to get full and then hungry again. I couldn't go back to the second one that I made because I shared with my brother. I ended up heating up two sausage links and had two slices of bread. My caloric intake was still under the RDI but I cheated.TOO MANY CARBS!. Today is a new start will be going for a walk shortly.

My body hurts all the time. I feel very unattractive, sometimes I get scared that if i don't get my weight under control then I could die. I use to be very attractive, what has happened?
