Wife, mother of 1 (daughter almost 4 yrs). Need to get this extra weight off - again. I have twice before. Once before I met my husband, then again in preparation of pregnancy.
Did J.Craig back then, but can't afford or have time to now.
I know I can do this, but I need to stay focused. My husband is 6'4" and loses weight easily so he does not understand the struggles.
Looking forward to participating in challanges - main reason for my signing in.

Joined my first challange :) Weigh in only once a week.
I tend to feel like I am losing and over weigh myself. then get frustrated when I don't see any pounds lost.
I need to keep in mind that it is not just the number on the scale that matters and if I build muscle through exercise that muscle weighs more than fat and the number may not change for weight but inches may change.
