Going on another three-day water fast! Wish me luck!

I must confess. I didn't make it through my third day. Me and my sister were arguing and I decided to eat something to cool myself down. On the bright side, my last fast was one day, and this one was two days! Even though I didn't fast for as long as I wanted, I still improved! Yay positivity!

Entering my possibly last day of fasting! Let's see how this is going to go! Surprisingly, this is going very smoothly. I barely feel weak, I'm not mentally hungry, and I'm scarcely dizzy. I might extend my fast to five days actually!

Entering my second day of my three day fast! I feel okay right now, but I heard that the second and third days are the hardest so I'm kinda worried that I won't be able to make it. Gotta wait to see though!

Hello people! I have been thinking about doing my first three day fast, and I decided that today is the day to start! The only thing I'll be consuming is some green tea. I have some vitamins which will hopefully help me with nutrition and stuff. It'll be for only three days though so I doubt I'll need them, but it's better to be safe than sorry. Wish me luck!
