1 can of tuna packed in water (drained) mixed with 1 TBSP olive oil mayo and cracked pepper divided between a slice of toasted Seedtastic bread and sliced tomato. love cracked peppercorn! 300 kc. So filling and delicious!

Mmm...warm breakfast! Diced Opal apple that I split with my husband, 1/2 of a serving of walnuts, 1/2 c. quick oats, 1/2 c. milk, and the requisite cinnamon. My husband's favorite, and I am happy to indulge him whenever he asks for this breakfast. 300 kc

2 breakfast sausage, 1blueberry protein pancake topped with 1/4 Greek yogurt and blueberries. Delicious and filling! What are you eating on this beautiful Saturday morning?

Feeling great! It's taken me a long time, but I'm not in a race. So what if I weighed 20 pounds more at my daughter's wedding than I wanted to? That day wasn't about me anyway. It was about my daughter and my new son-in-law! So what if I was 30 pounds more than I wanted to be at the class reunion? That day was about catching up and reminiscing. I'd love to see a lot of my friends change their focus from their weight to the moment that they are living in and enjoy the time.

My husband and I love trying new foods, and this seemed interesting. It has 24 g protein/serving, so, I thought, "Bonus!" Here's the thing, food also needs to taste good. We are not picky eaters. The consistency? Shoelaces. The flavor? Flavor? What flavor?
