Good Wed. Morning, Courageous FS Warriors....401 days since the last weigh in I recorded on here...Almost every day, I think ..."tomorrow I will post my current weight"....and accept the DOUBLE RED numbers that will result....I AM currently back on track...doing most of the things I mentioned in my Jan.4 post...or maybe more accurately doing the things I posted "most days." I am fairly certain I will get back to where I was 401 days ago and THEN ....CONTINUE ON to my long term goal....but for another day or two, it just seems a little bit TOO HARD....(or maybe I'm just a little bit TOO STUBBORN) to past my current weigbt...but... baby steps...baby steps...some days, just take the "baby steps." Thanks for listening.
I wish for ALL of you ALL of the COURAGE and the UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT that FS Buddies and your personal resolve can bring to you today...as one of FS Buddies likes to say (and I love to see him post it)...ONWARDS and DOWNWARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mid-week Reminder: These are some of the strategies that I/we do when I
am ON PLAN...(and unfortunately do not do, when I am NOT.....
1. Weigh regularly (do what works for you, whether daily, twice a week, once a week)
2. Record ALL intake, at least so YOU can see it, whether or not you choose to let others see it is more of a personal preference.
3. Whenever possible, log food intake IN ADVANCE...you can always go back and change it if needed, but when we log our meals and snacks for the day as we start our day (OR the night before) we are MUCH more likely to stay on plan. (The power of a food journal/log is considerable....who wants to go back and ADD a candy bar?...lol)
4.Excercise intentionally (at least 3-4 times per week.)
5. Come to FS every day (or at least every other day) and encourage others...one of the basic "laws" of the universe (and PMA ; Positive Mental Attitude) is that we get back what we "give away." I know most of us are genuinely careing folks, and it is interesting to note that even when we encourage others, we ourselves feel more encouraged!!!! LET YOUR BUDDIES HELP YOU, esp. when you are struggling. Have a VERY blessed Wed.!!!!!

Happy New Year everyone....Today marks an opportunity to EITHER continue our healthy eating patterns...OR...to RECOMMIT(if we need to...which I do...)...either way, the year 2017 holds a LOT of POWERFUL POTENTIAL....It's NOT so much about the resolutions we make as it is ....HOW WE LIVE OUR LIVES ONE MINUTE at a time....
We don't have to eat healthy for a month, or a week, OR even A DAY....WE just have to keep on following HEALTHY eating pattersn...ONE minute at a time....String together 10,080 minutes of eating healthy and you have one week....IF WE TAKE PROPER CARE OF EACH MINUTE....THE HOURS, DAYS, WEEKS, AND MONTHS OF 2017 will turn out just the way we had hoped...(at least with regard to our our eating goals...(notice I DID NOT say weight goals)...Y'all Have a day FULL of mindful, heathy eating TODAY...one day at a time!!!!!!!
