No rice day. At dinner, I had dinner with bamboo shoots salad and chicken soup. It took me full of stomach. And I start to enjoy the mixture of chia seeds drinks, today.

Dinner with about 432 Calories.

Lunch with a mix of rice and kidney bean, vegetable salad, and bean sprouts and tofu soup takes about 750 calories. I have to adjust daily meals with 1500 calories. May dieting help me to lose my weight.
