Been intermittent fasting for 3 months now. The results I can see & feel are amazing. So much more energy, mental clarity, more muscle mass, fat loss & pain free from inflammation. Onwards on this wonderful lifestyle. 👍😎

Hi fat secret people! 🙋♂️ I want to help others on here. 2 great tips which will make you feel wonderful & get your fat burning metabolism fired up. Coconut oil & Apple cider vinegar with lemon. Awesome for your general well being. Just 1 tablespoon of organic cold pressed coconut oil daily, taken with coffee or in food. Before bedtime mix the juice of 1 lemon in a mug of cold water & add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Braggs is best with The Mother added. You'll feel amazing taking these 2 ingredients regularly. Good health people! 👍🏃♂️😎

Walked just under 200 miles this month - 197 to be exact. Also returned to badminton after a 6 month break. Energy levels continuing to amaze me in my 62nd year on planet Earth. 😀 Turning the clock back big time! 😎
