Started cleanse today...doing Herbalife for 21 days. Trying to eat very little sodium and whole foods. I do good with this on a daily basis, but I'm cutting out the other sodium, non-nutritive items I add in daily: cheese, ketchup, junk snacks, etc.....
Stressed recently with putting the offer on the home. Ate a lot on Thursday and Friday out of stress. Need to learn better habits to control this.

Quick run with the dog this morning. It was a light rain, foggy, and chilly (about 30) so the bridges were slightly frozen over. I didn't want to run this morning but pushed myself to and walked a little in between when Keller wanted to stop and sniff. Not feeling very motivated to be outside today, but I have to do good, and I will not overeat today.

Got home late from work last night. Went to bed after 1 am. Woke up late this morning. Rushed to take the dog for a half hour run (it was cold - 20s!). 10 minutes late for work this morning. Have had two stories not work out so far, nearly a wild goose chase more than anything, now being sent on a third. Frustrated at my boss, so I ate two carrots. My leg hurts, so I worred, and ate an apple. Need to go on a walk.

I eat when I am bored and or stressed. My daily challenge today is to NOT do that. I will instead drink tea, water, or distract myself. I am partially stressed today because I have two stories I'm supposed to be working on, I have a big vacation to ask off for over the start of November Sweeps, and I also have to ask to switch to nightside next Monday.

Today I am cleansing. I ate a lot of various crappy foods and drank about 3 beers last night. Today I have a sodium hangover (no beer hangover, thankfully!) and just feel icky about my food choices and the binge. I am drinking lots of water, hot tea, and am sticking to raw foods today. I also went for a run/walk for about 1 1/2 hours to sweat some of it out. I hope to continue the cleanse through Sunday and maybe into Monday. I have squash in the slow cooker at home and lots of veggies and fruits and beans around (but I always do!) so I have lots of options to keep me motivated. I've done cleanses before, and I've learned that you need to prepare yourself mentally and also arm yourself with food ahead of time and plan out your meals.
