The GD number on my GD scale has not been going down, but I have lost a percentage point or two of body fat. Woot woot! Down to from 21.something% to 19.8% fat and up to 33.5% lean muscle mass, according to one gym.
I should go back and retest at my other gym that had me at 22% fat awhile back. My guess is that I should be close to 20% fat by their measurement.

Darn it. I ate a cookie. It is not my cheat day! I thought I had outsmarted the snacks by bringing my lunch to this deposition reporting office. I apparently did not pack enough chicken and/or beans in my lunch considering that I got up/had breakfast earlier than normal in order to make it to work by 7:00 a.m.

Ugh. I have had what I'll call "digestive problems" all week. I feel bloated and gross and the scale is registering higher than it should be for this many days after chear day. I am thinking of pushing back my scheduled body fat percentage testing this afternoon(w/associated weigh in) at my gym back a couple of days.
