Strained my achilles doing too many burpees. Ow i cant even walk or run, which drives me crazy. Just want to exercise :/

Grandma Penny was here over the weekend which means we had a lot of sweet stuff and big meals.
I am just so frustratwe with my life right now. This morning I was wondering why I am so frustrated wih my weight. My weiht alwys goes up and down 3 pounds, it nevr stays the same but it really gets to me when the scalr says 145 instead of 142. A few months ago I wouldve been so happy about 145 and now I cant stand it anymore. I just want ti weigh under 140 pounds but I dont seem to do enough or whatever.
I also dont have the motivation. But the only one who can do something about that is me. S if i want to weigh kess than 140 pounds when I go back to Germany, then I have to get up and move. So thats what I am going to do right now. Wish me luck with my ten daily workouts, theyar soooooooo hard. But i am going to do it !!!!!

I am still stuck on my weight loss plateau, for months now. 142 lbs. My goal is to weigh under 140 pounds by the time I move back to Germany, which will occur in 5 1/2 weeks. I really should be able to lose 3 pounds in 6 weeks. My biggest problem is that I gain weight if I dint eat enough, so it is really hard to find the right amount of food.
I am really excited that my first new challenge starts today. I am going to be doing ten simple workouts every single day. Right now I am getting ready to go for a run since the temperature is not that high ye, and afterwards it's time for the workout. I am really curious to see id the workout makes a difference. Next Friday, is when I am going to know.
