2 pounds in 4 days. I feel a lot more like "me" now. I know it was mostly water weight, but it still makes a difference. It's still very stressful with school, work, and preparing to move, so exercise isn't really happening much. :( But it's only another week until we move and another week and a half until my summer class is over. Thank goodness. Then I'll be in a new town, at a new university, which has a million-something-dollar fitness center. I'm more excited about using the fitness center than the classes. Although I AM excited about my classes. I get to take Introduction to Professional Food Preparation. How fun does that sound?! I am hoping I won't be required to cook meat, since I'm vegan, but I don't have very high hopes that the instructor will let that slide... :-/
