It's Saturday, I'm up as if it's a work day "Early"! It's been a good week, I've stayed on diet, have exercised (30 treadmill)each of the past 5 days and about to get in my 6th straight day.
My lunch & snacks are packed, I'm off to help my daddy work a christmas arts and craft show. I'll try to be super good, but these shows have all those fattening yummy delights that you can't get anywhere else but a festival/craft show. Anyhow! I packed sliced up apples, pealed oranges, and grapes for snacks; have a big mixed greens salad with veggies and these same fruits in it (Yummmm and the juice of the orange is my dressing) and last but not least a protein drink, and 3 bottles of water!
Water is part of my problem, I don't drink enough to help flush my system well enough! I seriously need to work on this!
Today I hope to be just so busy, that all those forbidden yummys don't entice me.... I Will Be Strong! Have a SUPER DAY

Dinner with Daddy! I STAYED ON MY DIET! We went for Mexican Food.... I ordered the Salad Bowl..... had everything other than the lettuce, etc. put off to the side. So I got to add the amount of chicken, avocado, cheese, and sour cream I thought would the correct portion, heck I even had enough goodies left over to make me a salad for lunch tomorrow, just add lettuce and tom's. I didn't eat the fried bowl, but I did have 1/2 a flour tortilla and I didn't touch the pre-dinner chips! SO, I'll pat myself on the back, and feel good about today! Another day of being a good girl! Now to tackle tomorrow, it's a new day!

I must keep at the in my mind, 1st and formost my health. It's all about getting healthy and staying as healthy as possible in these fast approaching golden years! Keep pushing back the onset of Type 2 Diabetes, delay it as long as I possibly can
