No soda for 12 more day I promise...
I will do 100 pushups today... I started with 10 at work and maybe do 10 every two hours until my muscles start getting used to the strain...
Today will be 21 days of excercise and calorie counting ... Started at 230 and was 228 last week , maybe I lost some weight today.. My goal was 8 lbs so got to slim down to 222 by next week... Bummer that my info on the mydiet app in facebook got erased was dooing good..
My weight scale might be lying to me... Cuz my clothes are fitting loose, maybe they stretched..

So I tried doing push ups and i was amazed I thought I would only go 10 with out stopping .. but I actually was able to do 21 ... so i have 79 more to do today... Forgot to take a picture so I can compare today and 4 weeks later.. I was able to do 10 more pushups... I thing I went too far with 21 that my muscles stained.. Any way I plant to do 10 sets of 10 ...
I forgot about no soda for 14 days so I drank a cup full ... my mistake totally forgot... I rarely drink soda..

Joined 2 challenges
1. No Sodas! anything that has sugar or artificial sweetener. (14days) easy as pie challenge!!
2. 100 Pushups a day: will be hard I think i might do 20 pushup without stopping but who know tomorrow will start noting the progress..
