SO of course, because I am closer than ever to a significant goal, I went off my diet for a month. Gained a few pounds. I actually gained more than is reflected here, I just couldn't bring myself to put the weight in until I lost some.
You know, that's ok. It's a lifestyle change. This is something I hope I will be doing for the rest of my life. Not just the next month or year. So it's ok to fall off the wagon, so long as I get back on.
Hopefully I just won't fall off for quite so long next time!
My favorite saying goes something like, 'fall down seven times, get up eight.'
