I am 9.1 lbs away from being under 200. 9 lbs. Such a little number, but feels so far away. I haven't been under 200 in 10 years. All that separates me is this tiny little amount. I am afraid I will not be able to do it. Or if I do, I am afraid I will just soar back over 200. And I never want to be back to this weight, but I do not trust myself. I wish I had a goal to strive for to keep me focused. Being healthier is all well and good, but it is not something that will make me run that extra minute or to say no to something I should not eat. I just... feel alone.
