So went to a Norwegian Xmas party last night and over indulged....Reindeer stew, Lutefisk, cured Moose, Gjetost Cheese, Juleol Beer and whipped cream with Cloud berries.....such a difficult time of the year.....

Since starting to use this app last week and having never ever bothered to watch what I eat, I already see that snacking is one of my problems. Something else to tackle !

As a team of 3 from work we are going to row the length of the Red Sea over the next 6 - 8 months using an indoor rowing machine. As I already walk/jog 2 times a week this increase in exercise should help me keep my weight down.
Blood sugars 4.9 this morning...
