OK so I am not a 32kg child. But I wanted to restrict my RDI to 1300 calories and that seemed the only way to 'trick' the app into doing it for me. I'll track my weight elsewhere with another app. Am going to try 1300 RDI plus 500cal of exercise daily. Lets see where that gets me by July.
