Hello to all. Still walking everyday and trying to stay encouraged. My body deserves this I have to stop being comfortable. God has been so good to me. I am no longer going to keep myself from going to the next level. Pray for me.

I am still eating too many carbs but I am feeling really good about my morning walks. I am so grateful to the Lord for giving me the strength to exercise daily. My legs hurt so bad in the morning and yesterday my ankles were swollen, but this morning the swelling was gone. I am trying to stay encouraged and not get caught up in the whole lose weight drama. I need to create a menu and build in daily snacks. Knowing what I am going to eat helps me stay on point. Thank you Jesus for the wisdom.

Sometimes you just have to encourage yourself. The best part of my walk is when I am finished. I take two minutes to praise God and to celebrate my accomplishment. I can still get up and walk and I give God the praise for his Grace while I was packing on the pounds and for his strength during the walk. My neighbors think I'm crazy but they don't know my story. I did good today. Amen.
