It was my second day of classes today, and after class I got a really intense bout of the munchies. Rather than stop at a custard stand, or a convenience store for a candy bar, I went to my local super market. I purchased four bananas, some celery, a bag of baby carrots, and a jar of organic peanut butter. I sliced up two stalks of celery, dished out a few table spoons of peanut butter, and had my first HEALTHY snack in months. Tomorrow I intend to start my day out right with a bowl of non-sugary cereal and a banana.

My Motivation:
I recently met a wonderful man who's been a fantastically positive influence in my life. However, we both lead rather sedentary lifestyles, and in addition to being able to show him the beautiful young woman I used to be, I also hope that he'll follow in my footsteps. I want to be able to live an active and healthy lifestyle with the man I love.
