Anyone get thrown off their diet because of pandemic??
COVID turned my world upside down. My long-distance relationship in which we were engaged and her moving in was around the eventual corner couldn't withstand the almighty COVID; the cracks in the relationship became abundantly clear when we actually couldn't see each other for an indeterminate amount of time.

I struggle with crappy mental health, which, after the above, lead to me having to give up my cat whom I adored. He wasn't happy, and it showed, because I wasn't stable enough to look after him. I know people like to say cats take care of themselves, but that's only half the story. So that was heartbreaking. Hopefully he's in good hands, now.

My mental health continued to plummet, and I'm still constantly battling it, but getting back into fitness again and focusing on my physical health is helping a lot. I'm having an even harder time pushing myself to go out though; think agoraphobia.

As a result of the above, my questionable comfort-eating habits lead to considerable weight gain, so to answer your question: yes. Basically, I got my arse handed to me by COVID, without actually getting COVID.

Sorry if that was a bit too 'heavy' for the thread — pun intended — but it's said now. Lol

Walking Groups or Something?
Is anyone part of a 'walking group' in your area? Is there such a thing is a fitness buddy? Lol Getting healthy on your own is really difficult, so I've been trying to think of a more social way to stay on-point.

Sex= Exercise
There are probably too many variables. Position, weight, how long you're busy, how much steam is put into it, etc. Lol

Losing weight during pandemic
Nice one. I find (or found) it really satisfying to eat meals you've cooked yourself. Unfortunately, things haven't gone so well for me during the pandemic.
