I gained almost 7 pounds in 2 days due to celebrating my wife's new job. I had 1.5 racks of BBQ ribs last night, plus salad, plus apps, plus a huge ass dessert. Today, I had been wanting a big juicy burger, so I went to Saul Good Restaurant for lunch, plus I had a salad and fries. I am still within reach of my goal weight. I took the afternoon off from working out bc my knees were killing me, but tonight I will walk/run/sprint and do my exercise on the Kinect. I'm sure by this weekend, I will be back to 238 if not less. See you then.
