looking for an chip option that I can get with my guacamole..so I made these Carrot Chips. Carrot pulp, Apple pulp, flax seed, chia seeds, coconut flour. touch of sea salt....

Day 15, no sugar or simple carbs. Numbers in spinn class still down.. however headaches gone, sinus cleared up. cravings gone, don't feel hungry all the time.... 1st week has really tough , this week much better. hope my energy comes back to get my numbers back up in spinn class🍍
