I have lost weight before several times, usually without much effort but last time I lost 14kgs and I have only kept 7 of it off I want to lose it and keep at it until I lose the other 10kgs I need to lose on top to get to an average BMI.
SO first I will focus on the 7kgs and then on the remaining 10.
I have always done it alone so I am hoping this time with some support and others for motivation it'll be easier!
I will start on the plan tomorrow. Wish me luck.
