I am now officially sick. I was hoping hubby wouldn't get me sick. But I guess I'm just not that lucky.
So I'm not able to do my 3rd work out of week 2 of the Couch to 5K program. Work outs will be on hold until I feel better. I'm not worried about gaining weight as I don't have much of an appetite.
So I've got a head cold that is moving down into my chest. My head hurts and my throat is starting to too. Work will be fun as I'm on the phones all day!
I'm just hoping this doesn't turn into the flu! *crosses fingers*

180!!!
I haven't been this low in at least 5 years (since I started gaining weight)!!! I'm sooo excited!!!! I really feel like this time, I'm going to make my goal! I'm going to finish this! I'm going to be healthy again!
Another bonus... I'm no longer considered obese! Now I'm overweight! To finally not be obese is amazing to me!
I CAN'T TELL YOU GUYS HOW EXCITED I AM ABOUT THIS!!!!!!!!

I've been sick this past week and haven't been writing or watching what I eat. I did "intuitive eating." Between that being sick... it worked! Lol.

Didn't work out today. Still not feeling 100% from the stomach bug over the weekend. I'm still going to stick with my Couch to 5K program, just nothing extra right now.

Today was my first workout with the Couch to 5K Program. It felt really good to be doing actual cardio again... it has been far too long! The goal of the program is that at the end of 9 weeks, you'll be able to run 5k (a little over 3 miles). It's a nice slow paced program that I'm hopeful with get me back into running shape!
