Today is day 3 of the 30 day shred, sore thighs! I think I am doing okay, my shoulder its keeping me from doing the pushups, but so far I can do the rest with only minimal breaks of about 5 seconds, and doing very low impact jogging in place so I dont in injure my knees,i dont" have tennis shoes so am doing this barefoot until I can get some good shoes.
