I find that as long as I stay away from coffee and wash greens very thoroughly, my IBS is fine on my low carb diet. Not doing these things kicks my IBS in. I was having some stomach issues in the other direction, caused by a lack of fiber when I was just starting the diet. Flax meal pancakes took care of that. All in all, I feel better on this low carb diet than I have ever felt on any other diet. I don't think I will ever go back to sugar
