Hello to all my motivators! A little about me...I am 29 years old and am just not happy with the way i look these days. I never used to have a problem staying thin up until a couple years ago. I always stayed around 120 lbs. I loved the stomach i used to have and worked very hard on it. I have gained about 20 lbs and NEED to lose it. Its harder to take the weight off now that i am getting a little older so i thought that this website would help motivate me. I know that once i stick to a diet, i can do it. I have just gotten so used to eating very fatty foods and it's soo hard to part with them! I absolutly love food!!! I know that once i start seeing results I will stick to it. PATIENCE is the key!
