Okay...
I've been awol.
I've been so busy with getting my lawn and garden ready for the season. I took advantage of the warm weather we had and got the front and back looking nice and kept.
It feels good to look out and see everything looking 'clean' Now I have to maintain it.
Of course the grass needs cutting already. It's freezing outside and it's supposed to rain.... the grass can wait for the next warm day!
I've had crazy ups and downs in the last month. I had company come over and stay for longer than I thought they were going to. I ended up gaining weight and felt discouraged for a bit and sat idle with it.
Finally, one day I said 'enough is enough!' I worked really hard at being at the lowest I've been in years and I'm not going to go down that road again.
So.... I worked hard and I am back at 138.5 lbs. Great.
However, now it's TOM and I don't know my exact weight.... it will have to wait.
DH is away. I think I will definitely try to go down to 135.0 bs. This is my new target weight. Hopefully I can reach it by the time he comes back in two weeks.

Yippee!
I dropped 0.5 lbs overnight and I am at a new low of 138.5 lbs

Still at 139.0 lbs.
I guess that's a good thing. At least I'm not gaining!
I just wish that I could lose a little bit of weight before my b-day. I've made the new goal so that I can enjoy my party and have some cake as well.
But.... I'm at a good point now. Let's see.

Hmmmm........
I followed the plan pretty well. Okay... I might have not measured or thought about one starch exchange. I assumed that I ate enough popcorn to count as a starch.... maybe I ate too much.
Either way, I'm still 139.0 lbs but I though I would lose a little for sure! I even drank 8 glasses of water and that's something I don't usually do. I was trying to make up for overeating the starch.
