Looking back through my fat secret logs… I’ve been at this game since 2016- and frankly it’s been longer than that. Despite my best efforts I have consistently remained overweight my entire adult life. Last year, I really took this beast on and ate healthier than most people I k ow and worked out 3-5 times a week- and full on- cardio and weight lifting. Still… not a damn pound shed. Now, I will say my body composition certainly shifted some and my aic and cholesterol both dropped dramatically. Just frustrating to see that as much as I do, here I sit still overweight. Even my doctor is perplexed. Uugghh I will still keep fighting the good fight.
