I'm finding it so hard to get started. Especially, here around the holidays. I am just going to have to start now and splurge at Christmas dinner and then get back on track. I want to lose 100 pounds by my next birthday which is in November 2011. That gives me about 11 months to get it done and I think this is a reasonable goal that can be achieved in just under 1 year. It has got to work this time. I am getting older and if I don't do it now I'll probably never do it. I just had my last child 2 months ago. I think that my body has healed enough from the c-section that I can start exercising. I think that me and my 12 year old daughter are going to try a gluten-free diet. We seem to have quite a few symptoms of gluten intolerance. It will be so hard because I LOVE bread. It is one of the main things that I eat everyday. We'll have to just wait and see how it goes.
