Man, the detox phase is kinda hard. The first day I did awesome with eating of just fruits and vegies. Then made it through today, but have began to get lots of headaches and am feeling soo hungry. Sadly enough I ate just a little bit of chicken with my salad and had a couple bites of pasta. DAng! I'm cheatin already!:( How do you people do it???

I got my hair done today by a cute gal who's been on the Fatsmash diet and she has had major sucess. She's lost 18 lbs and she wasn't even fat to begin with! She looks soo good. So, here I go. I've been using the excuse that because I've been breastfeeding that I'm able to eat more. Well, now that is all coming to an end and its time to get my booty in gear. No More Excuses!!!
I've got a Cali. trip in July and will be going to beach. yikes..swimsuits:p.. So its really time to lose that last bit of baby weight and finally have a good confident summer.
